Improv Everywhere – King Philip IV

The latest Improv Everywhere mission featured an actor Chadwick Elliott who looks a lot like King Philip IV of Spain signing autographs in front of the 400-year-old Velázquez painting the “King” at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
